~Altered State of Consciousness, Air Element~
The element Air is used to represent the Altered State of Consciousness. Through the Altered State of Consciousness comes the understanding of your relationship and interaction between the physical 3D plane and the metaphysical spiritual plane. One is now on a new path, the center way to true. All that was has now changed, gone or is incrementally falling away. True separation is hard as spiritual gravity can hold us in place. The true state of altered consciousness is non-binding, weightlessness, sense of separation, calmness. A state of Max-Q as stated in the introduction.

Entering into a new consciousness, an Altered State of Consciousness was an event I had not planned to experience. It was not the result of ingesting some psycho-energetic hallucinogen compound. It did not fit me like glove or a fine pair of new shoes and it certainly was not a bucket-list check-the-box item. No not in the least bit! This Altered State came in chaos, distortion, and the fullness of time exactly when it was meant to, in the form of an eruption. This eruption laid waste to everything I thought I believed and understood to be true. In the ruble of this eruption were the remnants of past narcissistic relationship’s and marriage in where manipulation and controlled for their own gain was standard operating procedure. All were filled with deception!
In addition, both the lies and the truth, and the misinterpretations within many religious texts were revealed. The understanding that religion uses sugar pills to give people a form of hope. As a result intense psychological, physical, and spiritual trauma was unleashed upon me. I suppose this is the price one has to pay for understanding. The internal shadow work began.
Since what I am writing is based on personal experience and insight it very well may be viewed as anecdotal since I cannot provide hard empirical evidence to substantiate my Altered State experience. Then so be it, I’m neither defending nor forcing anyone to accept said occurrences. However those that have had an Altered State event will agree there are similarities between us all in how we arrived and what we go through to arrive where we are now. The door was opened and I stood in wonder and horror of the violence perpetrated against me. The dross was burning away and it was painful, chaotic, and transformative. And with this my world view exploded sending a shock wave out and reverberated back with a force that destroyed everything I believed to be true and foundational. Nothing has been the same since. Nothing anymore exists in my mind as it once did in the past. You cannot undue what has been experienced and revealed. It was as if all that I thought and understood in relation to attachments of physical objects, personal pursuits, career, family, friends, relationships, and people in general prior to this experience was either exposed, changed or simply vanished from my existence. I realize at that point that everything has in deed changed with some never meant to be in my life again. I went dark, silent, and secluded. As a result my mind became clearer and free from hard wired conditioning and limited believe systems. I felt as if my brain was being rewired with new neural pathways being formed bringing accelerated learning, understanding, and wisdom in relation to true spirituality. Metaphysical concepts that once were difficult or near impossible to grasp became all most effortless. I believe somehow I was on a fast-track learning process that accelerated understanding and intuition. I became a renegade and feral in my observations and approach to just about everything in life from that day in 11/22.
In essence, metaphorically speaking a stellar binary system entered my personal solar system, upsetting the entire apple cart of what I believed to be true, held dear, and sacred. All believe systems, rituals, traditions, and all relationships basically exploded. I was rewired with my DNA being modified is the best way to describe it once I understood the nature of these truths, lies, energy vampires, deception, and betrayal being revealed to me where they existed in the open or secret at the smallest and darkest levels both past, present, and future.
The rhythm of life changed at that point. The tempo became organic in movement and sound.
Awaken to the truth in the Altered State of Consciousness and you wake up to a new day in new skin because you have drunk the new wine of understanding.
