~Next Steps~ So now what, what do I do now, why do I feel this way? Valid questions one certainly would have, valid indeed. The feeling one will have is disassociation, unsure, unsettled feeling of abandonment, and being exiled. All these emotions appear foreign but all to be expected. Ask yourself how long you were a captive in the Babylonian system of believing lies and deception and what they told you. There are steps one can take to ease the awakening transition, adjustment, and learning process. I take this very serious so I only will provide the steps I took to regain my mental and spiritual EQ. You will feel like a person with their hair on fire at times. This is due to the information one receives and how it is internally processed. Understand you have to go through this because the truth being received is powerfully sentient. Truth is self-aware and stands on its own accord. Ringing in the ears, stay tuned because downloads are in bound. Silence that wraps around you bringing a change in pressure that can be physically felt. One is walking in the center path between the 2 realities. Perception is very keen at this point. Focus in! Separate from social events, people, news feeds, entertainment networks, sports events, etc. Separating from people and job can be difficult I understand. Simply ask the universe for a quiet space and time. Prepare for it because it will appear. Ground yourself in natural settings. A barefoot walk in nature can bring a wonderful sense of peace. This is vital to ground to the energy of the earth for peace of mind and EQ Understand the synchronicities one will be experiencing. They occur as messages, as coded messages. Learn to connect the dots between these seemingly unrelated events, images, words, etc. they form a thin highway of information between each specifically for you the observer. And for god’s sake keep your mouth shut. Silence is golden it has been said. The more one talks about what you just went through the more internal energy you expend. Your energy can be siphoned as well. Vampires walk among us 24/7.
